Every agreement and policy that governs Vadia Health, in one place. Vadia Health is operated by Pragmatic Business Solutions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Rio Grande City, Texas. These documents are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
The document set
The Terms of Service, the Business Associate Agreement, and the Acceptable Use Policy together form the agreement between Vadia and a practice. The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Subprocessor register explain how information is handled. The Client Portal Terms govern clients and guardians who use the portal rather than the practice itself.
Terms of Service
The master agreement between Vadia and your practice — the service, fees, responsibilities, warranties, liability, and dispute resolution.
Business Associate Agreement
The HIPAA agreement under which Vadia handles protected health information on your practice's behalf. Incorporated into the Terms.

What information we handle, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the rights you have under Texas and federal law.
