Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Vadia Health, operated by Pragmatic Business Solutions, LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies on our public website, and the choices you have. It complements our Privacy Policy.

Generic placeholder document — not legal advice. Replace with counsel-reviewed terms before launch.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies — such as local storage and pixels — work the same way. On this marketing site we use only first-party storage set under our own domain, and we do not sell personal information.

2. The categories we use

We group cookies into four categories. You can accept all, reject everything non-essential, or choose per category — strictly necessary cookies are always on.

  • Strictly necessary

    Always on

Required for the site to work: sign-in and session security, load balancing, fraud and abuse prevention, and remembering your cookie choice itself. Always on and cannot be disabled.

  • Functional & preferences

Remember choices that personalize your experience — your language (English or Spanish), light or dark theme, and other interface preferences.

  • Analytics & performance

Help us understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it. This data is de-identified and never includes protected health information (PHI).

  • Marketing

Would be used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and show more relevant messaging.

Vadia does not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. This stays off by default and is listed for transparency.

3. What may be collected

Necessary cookies store a session identifier and your consent choice. Functional cookies store your language and theme. Analytics, when enabled, records de-identified usage events (such as pages viewed and aggregate performance) and never protected health information (PHI). Marketing cookies are not currently used.

4. How long cookies last

Your consent choice is remembered for about 12 months, after which we ask again. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; preference cookies persist until they expire or you clear them. If our categories materially change, we refresh the consent record so you can choose again.

5. Changing your choices

You can review or change your choices at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page, or the button below. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function.

6. More information

For how we handle personal and health information more broadly, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Questions about this policy can be directed to our team at [email protected].
