How does the 30-day free trial work?
You add a card to start so your practice is ready to run without interruption, but you are not charged during the trial. Your first payment happens only when the 30 days end — and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.
Why do you ask for a card up front?
It means the day your trial ends, nothing breaks — no scramble, no locked-out clients. It also keeps sign-up honest and your data secure. You stay in full control and can cancel with a click.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down whenever your practice changes. Adjustments are prorated, so you only ever pay for what you use.
Is the bilingual client portal included?
Always. Every plan includes the fully bilingual (English/Spanish) client portal, secure messaging, and telehealth — accessibility is not an upsell.
What about my clients' data if I leave?
